Successful candidates will be exposed to various types of properties and land / building sale transactions, transactions involving foreigners / PLC etc. as well as mixed development projects and corporate conveyancing work and must have experience in leading a team of lawyers and support staff.

Requirement: At least 2 years PQE. Experience in attending to corporate finance projects, corporate transactions and corporate advisory work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be part of our Banking & Finance team attending to domestic and cross border transactions:

  • asset financings (vessel, real estate, aircraft),
  • project financings,
  • acquisition financings,
  • Islamic financings and syndicated loans amongst others, and
  • banking transaction advisory works.

Qualification and Requirements: PQE of 3-5 years in Banking & Finance practice preferably gained from reputable/leading law firms. Well-rounded experience that enables him/her to be able to come up with pro-business legal solutions with strong customer focus.

Excellent command of the English Language, enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment and is results-driven.

We are recruiting pupils with excellent attitude who have passion to work in Corporate/Commercial.

Requirement: Successful pupils will be placed in our teams of Corporate/Commercial lawyers and have the opportunity to work alongside the lawyers on initial public offerings (IPO), M&A and restructuring transactions, compliance and regulatory work, fund raising in the capital market and general advisory and commercial matters.

  • Able to work efficiently and independently and able to work as a team.

  • Have good communications skills and positive attitude.
  • Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Requirement: Minimum 2 years’ experience in handling Housing Project/Subsale SPA & Loan Documentation.
