Alicia Teoh Ee Xuen

Alicia joined Jeff Leong, Poon & Wong in 2016 and has 7 years of experience working on various corporate matters, including deals in the capital markets, mergers and acquisition deals and general corporate advisory matters.

She has advised on several initial public offerings, takeovers, acquisitions and disposals, new issuance of listed securities and other similar matters. She is well versed and familiar with legal due diligence exercises, listing requirements, guidelines issued by the Securities Commission Malaysia and other regulatory requirements. She has experience in drafting prospectuses and other disclosure documents.

Alicia has also advised on deals in the debt capital market involving the issuance of sukuks and bonds. In this regard, she has experience in drafting information memoranda and coordinating legal due diligence exercises for sukuk and bond issuances.
