Ganesh is a senior litigation lawyer with more than 24 years of experience in the field of dispute resolution in Malaysia and abroad. He has successfully represented clients and law firms (as counsel) at the High Court, Court of Appeal and Federal Court.
He acts for financial institutions and other clients in a wide variety of dispute resolution matters involving industrial leasing, debt collection, foreclosure, hire-purchase, bankruptcy, insolvency, intellectual property, proceedings under Companies Act (involving shareholder disputes, valuation of shares, appointment of private liquidator, winding-up), construction disputes, employment and cross-border disputes.
Ganesh has worked with clients from a diverse range of industries such as banking & finance, oil and gas, construction, automotive, consumer products, aviation, advertising, education, biomass, food and beverage, medical, tele-communications, property development as well as technology. He has acted for MNCs and GLCs, as well as local and foreign law firms.
In 2008 Ganesh was appointed by the Selangor Chief Minister as a member of a Land Task Force to undertake a study on issues facing land administration in the State of Selangor and propose solutions to strengthen the administration of land in the State.
