Nancy Yeo Lan See

Nancy specialises in banking and finance law. She has a wealth of experience in corporate and commercial banking, retail banking and real estate matters including development projects, commercial leasing and property financing ranging from bridging loans to end financing. She has advised on and handled some of the largest and most highly structured property transactions involving office buildings, retail malls, serviced apartments, residential & mixed development projects and industrial properties.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Bond University, Australia in the year of 2003. She obtained the Certificate in Legal Practice (C.L.P.) from the Legal Profession Qualifying Board of Malaysia in the year of 2005 and was called to the Malaysian Bar on 7 September 2006.

Nancy was ranked by the independent UK-based publication, the “Asia-Pacific Legal 500” as a recommended lawyer in 2019 for her longstanding track record in real estate practice.
