“I had an internship in corporate department. I read the documents about some cases, attended some client meetings with the lawyers, assisted to amend charter of the board of directors and translation about how to set up a company in Malaysia and so on. In addition, JLPW provided in-house Training for interns. The respective subjects are ‘Doing Business in Malaysia’, ‘Contract Law in Malaysia’, ‘Initial Public offering in Malaysia’ and ‘Conveyancing Practice’. JLPW had arranged some visitations for us, such as the visitation to Bank Negara Malaysia, Museum & Art Gallery, and the visitation to the SSM (Companies Commission of Malaysia). I have not only learned a lot of knowledge, but also gained some friendships.”
